A2Z Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to support our dental team. In this vital role, you’ll enhance office efficiency and patient comfort by assisting with clinical procedures and managing administrative tasks. Registered Dental Assistant

Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatments and checkups, ensuring comfort and confidence

Select, set up, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to safety protocols

Assist the dentist during procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques

Perform lab tasks as delegated by the dentist

Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dental treatment area

Schedule patient appointments and assist with payment processing

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with office policies

full-time $14 - $19 per hour

Full-time position with a consistent schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday closed

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification

Proven experience or familiarity with dental assisting duties and sterilization procedures

Strong understanding of dental instruments, health, and safety regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive patient interactions

Proficient computer skills for record keeping and appointment scheduling

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with a strong work ethic

High school diploma or GED required; graduation from a dental assisting program preferred

Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks (e.g., coronal polishing) is a plus
