What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on reviews and interviews
• Collaborate with mental health and medical teams to coordinate patient care
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
• Perform rounds to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention services
• Consult with psychiatric and medical staff to understand inmate behavioral escalation
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and treatments

What You Need:

Required:

• License or at least board eligibility in Tennessee or eligible state
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and counseling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Preferred:

• Experience working in correctional or institutional settings
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and crisis intervention
