The role involves supporting the Store Manager, learning retail management, and preparing to lead your own store. Responsibilities: Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about retail operations Support recruiting, training, and developing store staff Analyze sales data and support sales targets Oversee daily store operations and manage inventory Act as the primary contact in the Store Manager’s absence Required Skills: Strong desire to learn retail management Leadership qualities and ability to inspire others Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration skills Effective communication skills Note: Work schedule includes variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional compensation includes a 2% commission on individual sales.
