The Dixon Agency is looking for competitive, self-motivated sales professionals who are ready for a career changenot just another sales job. Previous insurance experience is not required. Were more interested in your ability to connect with people, follow up consistently, stay disciplined, and deliver results.

Unlike many commission-only sales roles, this position offers a $50,000$60,000 base salary plus monthly commission, giving you dependable income while continuing to reward strong performance.

What We Provide

Competitive base salary of $50,000$60,000

Monthly commission, typically ranging from $1,500$4,000+

• Connect with prospective customers through provided leads, outbound calls, and timely follow-up.
• Create additional sales opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calling, and proactive prospecting.
• Explain coverage options clearly and confidently, making insurance easier for customers to understand.
• Build trust, address objections, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer records, and consistently work toward individual and team goals.

• No previous insurance experience required
• Willingness to obtain a Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license; we provide guidance and training throughout the licensing process
• Proven sales, business-development, or client-facing sales experience
