UK Licensed Legal Counsel

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing general legal advice and support, the full-time UK Licensed Legal Counsel will review and negotiate agreements, assist with compliance matters, and support the legal team on various projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and negotiate various agreements, including services and confidentiality agreements Provide legal advice on employee matters and regulatory compliance to support daily business activities Draft bespoke contracts and assist in resolving disputes as needed Required qualifications 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in contract review and negotiation Qualification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing In-house experience, preferably in the IT/Technology industry Strong negotiation skills with a focus on practical and commercial advice Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently across global teams
