Corporate Counsel - State Licensed, this full-time position involves providing legal support across various areas including commercial contracts, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, and employment matters, while collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships Oversee corporate governance, including board materials and equity administration Support capital markets transactions and assist in M&A activities Required Qualifications J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state 4-6 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, or employment Ability to independently manage workstreams and make sound judgments Interest in fintech or consumer finance Familiarity with AI-assisted legal workflows is a plus
