State Licensed Compliance Attorney

To support a leading technology company, the fully remote Compliance & Ethics Business & Regulatory Investigations Attorney will manage compliance misconduct investigations, conduct interviews, and collaborate cross-functionally while working independently on a 3-month contract with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Conduct and support compliance misconduct investigations, including document review and report writing Manage interviews of internal personnel and share investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders Work independently and cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations Required qualifications Active bar license At least five years of legal practice, preferably at an Amlaw 200 law firm JD from a top 50 US law school or equivalent non-US legal studies program Experience with internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations Proven experience conducting investigations related to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption statutes
