About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner with a Texas Bar License to spearhead its expansion into the state. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with a strong background in complex litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction defect, auto accidents, and third-party liability. The successful candidate will be the sole Texas Partner, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Texas practice, from client relationships to full compliance with Texas Bar standards. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently are essential, as is a proven track record of success in the relevant practice areas and a minimum of $1M in annual originations. As the Managing Partner, you will have the autonomy to run your practice your way, with the support of a national team. The role involves not only leading litigation matters but also building and growing a book of business to expand the firm's presence in Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' of litigation experience, be a licensed attorney in Texas in good standing, and have a strong network and reputation in the legal community. Team leadership or hiring experience is a plus, as the role also includes the responsibility of building and managing a team.
