A company is looking for an Attorney/Sr. Attorney, Corporate & Securities. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support on corporate governance, securities compliance, and transactional matters Ensure compliance with securities law and public company reporting obligations Support various aspects of the Corporate Secretary function and manage subsidiary matters Required Qualifications 2+ years of corporate transactional/securities law experience with a large law firm Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to at least one U.S. state bar Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding academic credentials Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
