Staff Accountant
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant III to join their team. As a Staff Accountant III, you will be part of the Corporate Finance department supporting the Record to Report division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, resilience, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Tampa, FL
What's the Job?
- Provide accounting support across various business units, including general ledger management and journal entries
- Assist in month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and reporting activities
- Support internal audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required)
- Experience with Power BI and SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
