What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting preferred. CPA or CPA‑candidate preferred. Experience with state and local taxes is a plus. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload. What You'll Be Doing Support quarterly and annual tax reporting and testing. Assist with tax data for acquisitions and dispositions. Review tax payments across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital teams. Review depreciation and prepare investor tax estimates. Respond to tax notices and investor questions. Mentor junior tax staff.
