About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join their team. The CNO will be responsible for directing and setting standards for nursing practice, establishing patient care guidelines, and leading the development and implementation of nursing care programs that align with the company's mission and values. This executive-level position requires a candidate with a strong background in nursing management, including the ability to coordinate and supervise patient care services, maintain a collaborative relationship with the medical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to all patients. Applicants for the CNO role at the company must have a valid IL RN license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a Master's degree in nursing, business administration, or healthcare administration preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive nursing management experience and a proven track record of working effectively with personnel at all levels. Key responsibilities include participating in the hospital's decision-making processes, administering and supervising patient care services, and promoting the professional and personal growth of nursing staff. The CNO will also be expected to handle multiple projects, work under time constraints, and possess excellent computer skills.
