AMG SpecialtyHospital -Northwest Indiana seeks a Full-TimeClinicalLiaison (RN, LPN, PT, or RT). The ClinicalLiaison (CL) reports directly to the hospital Chief Executive Officer. Theywork with other Clinical/Community Liaisons, CEOs, Admission Coordinators, andthe Corporate Team to help consistently drive patient census in the hospital.The CL will promote the hospital services by cultivating relationships withreferral sources, conducting educational presentations and providing facilitytours. The average census of the hospital provides a “group performanceindicator for the CL team” and the Admit-Referral report provides a “specificperformance indicator for the individual CL.” There are two basic parts to theCL role: evaluate the patient for medical necessity and educate referringfacilities, providers, and the community on the services in which we provide. Job Requirements Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist orRespiratory Therapist 2+ year’s work experience in healthcare-relatedmarketing preferred Valid state driver’s license and up to dateinsurance Ability to read and communicate effectively inEnglish. Must be able to articulately communicate, interpret and explaincomplex information and comprehend written and verbal communication. Basic computer knowledge. Possess excellent interpersonal and humanrelation skills This position includes driving daily to and frommeetings, referral sources and potential referral sources.
