Is this you?

• You have 3+ years of HVAC installation experience and a strong mechanical mindset.
• You enjoy complex commercial work — retrofits, changeouts, and new construction.
• You can read piping layouts, replace RTUs, install WSHP systems, and handle grooved iron pipe.
• You are comfortable collaborating with property maintenance teams to solve problems fast.
• You use digital tools to document work clearly and accurately.

What will you tackle?

• Install AC, furnace, and refrigeration systems to spec and code.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components and perform repairs that last.
• Execute safe, clean, and compliant work practices on every job.
• Apply plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques as needed for installations.
• Keep precise records of labor and materials in mobile service reports.

Nice-to-have experience

Background in central plants and chilled water systems.

Open role focus

Install Tech (3+ years of experience) : grooved iron pipe, WSHP system installs, RTU replacements, piping layout knowledge, cooling tower replacements, and a range of commercial installations.
