Receiving Clerk Position

We are searching for an efficient, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to manage all incoming shipments. You will inspect deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and enter inventory data into our system. Your main goal is to ensure all incoming stock is accurate, undamaged, and stored correctly.

A little taste of your day-to-day

• Receive, unload and inspect packages and check for broken or missing items.
• Verify paperwork and match delivery slips and packing lists to original purchase orders.
• Record and log incoming stock into inventory software or digital databases.
• Organize stock and place items in appropriate storage areas.
• Handle and prepare damaged or wrong items to go back to vendors.

What we need from you

• Communication skills
• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities
• Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
• Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computer skills

The hourly pay rate for this role is $25.00 to $27.00. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. This is the starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more or less than the posted rate, and the rate may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
