Job Details Job Location: Reno Sparks Region - Reno, NV 89521 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Shift: Swing Spruce is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Area Supervisor to lead our janitorial teams across multiple customer locations throughout Northern Nevada. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys coaching employees, building customer relationships, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional service. Job Responsibilities Supervise and support janitorial teams across multiple customer facilities. Travel daily between assigned locations to inspect work, coach employees, and ensure quality standards are met. Train, mentor, and develop team members to promote success and accountability. Build positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to service needs. Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to ensure efficient operations. Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs for assigned facilities. Resolve employee and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and maintain service excellence. Education, Experience, and Certification 2+ years of supervisory or janitorial leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple facilities and prioritize competing responsibilities. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between customer locations throughout the workday. Detail-oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday. Comfortable using cleaning equipment and working with cleaning chemicals.
