The Boeing Company invites applications for a Mission Systems Integration Manager to join Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role leads an Integration, Analysis, and System Test Engineering team that develops system/subsystem requirements, works with software engineers on real‑time Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, conducts subsystem/system testing, and evaluates system performance in flight and simulation. Position Responsibilities Ensure the team delivers safe, high‑quality program products within cost and schedule. Coordinate with program management, suppliers, customers, and other Boeing teams. Provide technical, programmatic, and process leadership to team members. Monitor team and supplier performance to ensure proper system integration and compliance with requirements. Support production with issue resolution for delivered hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle. Perform managerial HR functions and lead, develop, and motivate employees. Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry. Level K: 9+ years of work‑related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years with a master’s degree. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Familiarity with Agile development, aircraft avionics, F‑18 integration, requirements development, and analysis experience. Security Clearance & Eligibility Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship. A clearance active within the past 24 months is acceptable. A final Secret Clearance pre‑start is required. Compensation Level K (Manager) salary range: $130,900 - $177,100. Applications accepted until Apr. 05, 2026 .
