We are seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in urology or urogynecology to join our private, outpatient practice in Winchester, VA. • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time , flexible scheduling options. Clinic is open Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM. No call, evenings, or weekends.

• Broad Scope of Care: Our practice provides comprehensive outpatient urologic care for both men and women, including general urology and urogynecology services.
\n
• Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000 in base pay for full-time and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. \n

• Key Responsibilities: \n
  \n
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, order labs, and develop individualized treatment plans
  \n
  • Conduct in-person and virtual patient visits utilizing our integrated telehealth platform
  \n
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  \n
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
\n
• Experience: Open to any level of experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
\n
• Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
\n
