Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all applicable Florida AHCA laws and regulations. 
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards. 
• Document and report any incidents, client concerns, or operational issues promptly. 
• Participate in staff meetings and required trainings. 
• Support the mission and values of Blessed Hands Loving Care LLC in every task performed. 
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients. 
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed. 
• Encourage safe recreational and social activities. 
• Observe and report changes in client behavior or safety concerns. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old. 
• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. 
• Completion of Level 2 background screening per Florida Statutes §435.04 and §408.809. 
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required, depending on the position). 
• Must demonstrate honesty, dependability, professionalism, and compassion for others.
