Workforce Analytics Analyst — Data-Driven Forecasts

Driven Brands Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in Workforce Analytics to support our Auto Glass Now (AGN) brand. The role reports to the Manager of Analytics and Capacity Planning and delivers actionable insights for operational decision‑making. You will own analytical projects from scoping to delivery, build Excel‑based files and forecasting models, validate data and communicate results to diverse audiences.
