Die Cutting Operator

Experienced Die Cutting OperatorWe are currently looking for an Experienced Die Cutting Operator to operate and maintain our die-cutting equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the operation of die-cutting machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in producing various materials and products. This position pays $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.Responsibilities:1. Die Cutting Operation:- Set up and operate die-cutting machinery according to job specifications.- Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.2. Quality Control:- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and consistency.3. Maintenance:- Perform routine maintenance on die-cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.4. Safety and Compliance:- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.- Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.5. Collaboration:- Coordinate with team members, including machine assistants and production staff.- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments as needed.Requirements:Qualifications:1. Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator or similar role.2. Knowledge of die-cutting machinery and related tools.3. Ability to read and interpret job specifications.4. Strong attention to detail and quality control.5. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.7.
