We design, manufacture, and market conventional and trunked radio systems, land mobile radio repeaters, and mobile and portable radios, including Project 25 digital radio products.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________As the Director, HR you will plan, direct, and manage staffing, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, affirmative action, safety, workers compensation and training functions for all company employees. Direct, manage, plan, and implement corporate wide human resource policies, systems and procedures consistent with corporate objectives, professional standards, governmental laws and regulations. This role is hybrid and must be located in the DFW metroplex.Key Responsibilities:Directs, manages, and plans staffing and recruitment programs to assure highly qualified, skilled, and talented staff is recruited for all EFJohnson and JVCKENWOOD USA locations. To comply with governmental regulations and corporate policies in the employment process.Interfaces with all EFJohnson employees in all departments and exhibit desirable and appropriate managerial/supervisory behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, independent judgment, industriousness, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking, and personal integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.Directs the administration and selection of employee benefit programs which are cost effective and in compliance with governmental regulations including group health, life, dental and disability plans, 401K retirement savings and stock options.Directs the administration of exempt and non-exempt compensation to achieve corporate initiatives and compliance with government compliance.Designs, develops, and administers effective performance management program to ensure feedback process.Manages and tracks training programs to effectively support achievement of corporate goals in a cost-effective manner.Directs, manages, plans, and promotes the Company’s Affirmative Action program to include writing plans, investigating and resolving any alleged discrimination charges, to make good faith efforts to meet the companies’ affirmative action goals and to uphold the corporate affirmative action commitment and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Coordinate employment related investigations and respond to local, state, and federal agencies or other charging parties.Develops an organizational development plan that strategically maps out a succession plan that aligns with the overall corporate goals.Leads Event Committee and coordinates with marketing on employee communications and company events.Manages the HRIS system.
