Automotive Mechanic

Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Guaranteed Hours | Overtime Available Automania is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team. We offer a 5-day work week, guaranteed hours, steady work, and overtime opportunities with an established automotive company that has been in business for more than 20 years . We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, can accurately diagnose problems, and completes repairs correctly and efficiently. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of automotive repair experience Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues Knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, A/C, and engine repairs Ability to perform routine maintenance and general vehicle repairs Ability to use professional diagnostic scanners and equipment Ability to diagnose check-engine lights and other vehicle warning lights Experience working on a variety of makes and models Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have your own basic mechanic tools Reliable, responsible, and able to complete repairs in a timely manner Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Experience Dealership or independent repair shop experience Experience with used vehicles and automotive reconditioning ASE certification is a plus, but not required Job Duties Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical problems Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs Complete maintenance and reconditioning work on inventory vehicles Diagnose check-engine lights and other warning-light concerns Determine parts and labor required for repairs Communicate repair needs and findings with management Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area What We Offer 5-day work week Full-time position Guaranteed hours Overtime opportunities Steady workload Well-equipped repair facility Training and opportunities for growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment Established company with 20+ years in business Join Our Team We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job correctly . #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
