Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating equipment and machines, using air tools, hand tools, and or power tools, reading measurements, and performing hands-on production tasks. The ideal candidate has good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to reliable attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use air tools, hand tools, and/or power tools to complete assigned production tasks.
• Read and accurately measure materials using a tape measure.
• Perform hands-on assembly and production work requiring good hand and finger dexterity.
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use air tools, hand tools, and/or power tools.
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Good hand and finger dexterity for detailed production work.
• Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team.
• Ability to work for extending periods while walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting weight up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm (overtime)
• Occasional Saturdays 6-8 hours overtime available  

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour
