Our experienced clinical team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NP or PA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a hybrid role, you will combine on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine and excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
