We Offer: Great working environment Medical Dentaland Vision insurance 401k& Roth IRA Paid Vacation RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform basic and routine accounting functions Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, creditcard deposit, update receivable ledger Research and process bad checks for collection Postaccounts payable invoices Prepare accounts payable checks Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations Assist in processing car deals Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare title documents. Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Qualifications Automotive dealership experience IS required Experience working with CDK is also required 3-5 years experience working in Accounting role Positive attitude & very outgoing personality Exceptional written & oral communication skills Ability to multi task #J-18808-Ljbffr
