Caregiver and Home Care Aide

Ever Ready Home Care Service LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide nonmedical in-home support to seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Providing medication reminders within the nonmedical caregiver’s authorized scope
• Preparing meals and assisting clients during mealtimes
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Completing light-to-moderate housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Providing transportation and completing authorized errands
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Following each client’s individualized care plan
• Documenting completed services and changes in the client’s condition
• Reporting safety concerns, incidents, and changes in condition promptly
• Maintaining professional boundaries and protecting client privacy and dignity

Applicants must be dependable, respectful, able to communicate clearly, and willing to complete all required background, reference, credential, and employment screenings. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but may not be required for every assignment.

Our care plans may include personal hygiene, medication reminders, toileting and incontinence support, meal preparation, mealtime assistance, light-to-moderate housekeeping, transportation, errands, companionship, safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

Because we are guests in our clients’ homes, their dignity, comfort, safety, and trust remain our highest priorities. We carefully screen our caregivers, and ongoing management oversight helps ensure that care remains consistent, professional, dependable, and tailored to each client’s needs.
