Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors through strong communication and customer service while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to each shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 07:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that need attention. Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor direction, and help support daily operations by reporting security‑related issues, policy violations, and property‑related concerns. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter unauthorized activity, support tenant relations, and contribute to an orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
