Position Highlights:- Outpatient Role: Focus exclusively on outpatient care.
- Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday.
- Senior Patient Focus: Work primarily with patients aged 65 and older.
- Small Patient Panels: Manage a limited number of patients to foster strong relationships.
- Supportive Care Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure quality time with each patient.
- Innovative Technology: Utilize a cloud-based EMR and other advanced tools.
- Modern Facilities: Work in newly constructed centers located within the community.
- Employment Status: Full-time employed position.
- Compensation Structure: Includes a guaranteed annual salary, performance-based annual bonus (focused on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume), and a signing bonus.
- Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive malpractice insurance with full tail coverage.
- Medical Benefits: Includes health insurance and retirement plans.
- CME Support: Paid time off for continuing medical education along with an annual stipend.
- Paid Time Off: Regular PTO plus an additional 10 holiday days each year.
- Education: Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Board Certification: Required to be Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience: Familiarity with Managed Care or Medicare Advantage models is advantageous.
- Fellowship Training: Fellowship in Geriatrics is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Licensure: Must possess an active, non-probationary medical license in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one.
