Position Highlights- Exclusively outpatient primary care—no inpatient responsibilities or hospital calls
- Four-day workweek designed to enhance work-life balance
- Starting base salary exceeding $300,000, with additional wRVU production incentives and sign-on bonuses
- Up to $150,000 available for retention or educational support
- More than 30 days of annual time off (ATO) along with comprehensive retirement plans featuring employer matching
