Busy Construction Company seeks full-time Dispatching/Logistic position with strong communication skills, who is proactive and Bilingual. We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, to appropriate locationsWork with operations to schedule and order equipmentSchedule and assign work crews, vehicles and equipment for projects dailyDetermine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to proposals specificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Must have construction dispatching experienceGood communication skills (written and verbal)Strong customer service ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComputer knowledge (Word, Excel a plus)Bilingual (Spanish + English)Capable of multi-tasking assignmentsAbility to handle high volume of inquiries at times via inbound/outbound phones calls, texts and emailsFamiliarity with GPS, transportation management systems, and fleet management software
