We’re looking for dependable and motivated Mechanical Assemblers for varius shifts to join our growing manufacturing team.

Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

Shifts:

• Day shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, 7:00 am 5:30 pm
• Night shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, starting at 5:30 pm- 3:30 am- $3 shift differential
• Weekend shift: start at 5:00 am or 5:30 pm Friday-Sunday- $2.50 shift differential
• Mandatory overtime/ extra days may be required

DUTIES:

• Assemble product components using appropriate tools and fixtures.
• Perform testing on completed products to ensure proper function and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools and maintain correct tolerances for mechanical assemblies.

Assembler Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Mechanically inclined; comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs repetitively
• A pre-employment physical is required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
