About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of its senior living communities. The successful candidate will be the on-site executive, with full accountability for all community operations, including financial stability, quality of care, and compliance with government regulations. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include supervising and motivating staff, maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction, and leading the development and implementation of sales and operations strategies. The role also involves managing the community's budget and cash flow, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and policies, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience, and must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation is required, with a preference for those with a background in hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of resident rights regulations, demonstrated expertise in budget management, and proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. They should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and inspire teams, and a passion for serving seniors. The role demands a high level of integrity, the capacity to work flexible hours, and a valid driver's license.
