Benefits Manager

Overseeing daily benefits operations, the full-time Benefits Manager will manage benefits integrations, resolve escalated issues, and provide support to HR Business Partners while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead benefits integrations and coordinate with HR Business Partners and Third-Party Administrators to resolve employee benefits issues Produce onboarding materials and conduct benefits orientations for new employees and HRBP transitions Coordinate the annual Health & Welfare open enrollment process and maintain updated benefits documentation Required qualifications 3-5 years of benefits management experience required HR/Benefits certification is a plus Experience with Workday Absence and/or Benefitsolver highly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college preferred Working knowledge of HR and Payroll policies and procedures required
