Benefits Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer all employee benefit programs and services.
- Lead informational seminars to educate employees on benefit options.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors and insurance carriers.
- Supervise the open enrollment process and ensure smooth implementation.
- Develop benefit statements to confirm employee enrollments and highlight the value of benefits.
- Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
- Be able to work independently and take initiative.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing employee benefit programs.
- Show ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all assigned responsibilities.
