Benefits Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer all employee benefit programs and services.
• Lead informational seminars to educate employees on benefit options.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors and insurance carriers.
• Supervise the open enrollment process and ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop benefit statements to confirm employee enrollments and highlight the value of benefits.

• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Be able to work independently and take initiative.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing employee benefit programs.
• Show ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all assigned responsibilities.
