Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using the company's phone system.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of arriving guests.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of visitors, customers, and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
