Key Responsibilities Sourcing technology candidates through our database, job adverts, referrals, business contacts and direct approaches Headhunting and networking Screening and shortlisting applicants against our clients' requirements Screening candidates over phone/Teams to assess their skills, motivations and suitability for specific roles Writing and posting job adverts Arranging interviews and looking after candidates throughout the process Keeping candidates and consultants updated at every stage of the recruitment life cycle Gathering references and collating the relevant supporting documents Building relationships with candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline Recording all candidate and client activity accurately on the CRM Building your personal brand through social media Keeping up to date with the trends and technologies shaping the IT market Supporting our senior consultants with day-to-day delivery on live roles Key Skills and Capabilities A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment Ideally 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house talent acquisition), or in an office-based administration or sales role A recruitment, talent acquisition or HR background is ideal; prior experience of resourcing or sourcing candidates is an advantage Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several roles at once Experience of working in a team environment Proactive and curious, with the drive to get up to speed on a new market quickly A willingness to contribute to a successful brand and uphold our reputation for delivering long-lasting recruitment solutions Comfortable working towards activity targets Benefits Competitive basic salary with bonus and commission earning potential Full training and mentoring from experienced consultants, including a senior IT recruiter with over 20 years in the market Ongoing training with external learning providers A clear, structured path into a full 360 consultant role Twice-yearly winners' trips to European cities including Marbella, Barcelona and Amsterdam A flexible mix of office and home working Quarterly lunch clubs for top achievers Quarterly socials for the team Finish early on a Friday We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons, regardless of race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
