CT/Xray Technologist Position

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 5 days a week.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CT/Xray Technologist to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment, specifically the Siemens Somatom Perspective 64 slice CT scanner, as well as a GE MRI machine.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and X-rays as per physician orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and image quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Cerner charting system.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required, adhering to a 30-minute turnaround time for CT and X-ray.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• BLS certification.
• Oregon state Radiologic and CT licensure.
• Experience with Siemens Somatom Perspective and GE MRI preferred.
