Community hospital looking to bring on a Director Surgical Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!

13 ORs + 2 endo suites
Level II Trauma
Ortho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN ONC, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular
3 XI robots
30-35 cases/day

Reporting Structure:

Director reports into Hospital COO
3 Managers under Director
120 FTEs

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Master’s - Preferred
Must have Surgical Services Director experience
