With a growing backlog of luxury work, they offer stability and long-term career growth.Assist with managing projects from preconstruction through closeoutSupport Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordinationTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationAssist with cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updatesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultantsParticipate in project meetings and site walks2-4 years of experience in luxury residential or custom home constructionBackground in custom homes (not multifamily)Experience supporting ground-up and renovation projectsProject experience in Palm Beach County preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsMotivated to grow long term within a luxury builderBase salary $85K-$110K, depending on experienceHealth insurance401(k) with 4% company matchGas card and truck allowanceCell phone and iPad providedAnnual performance-based bonusPTO and yearly raises
