Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while providing services during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. As a telehealth provider, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' emotional and psychological needs through virtual sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based approaches, ensuring that goals are aligned with the client's needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using therapeutic modalities that promote healing, growth, and behavioral change.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Nurse Practitioners, during treatment team meetings to discuss cases and enhance client care.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse backgrounds to foster an inclusive therapy environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and significant life transitions. Your expertise and empathetic approach will be crucial in guiding clients as they navigate their unique circumstances, providing support in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted California LMFT license.

• Two years of post-graduate experience providing direct therapeutic services in clinical or social services environments.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of therapeutic theories and interventions, enabling effective support for clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a full caseload efficiently, including timely completion of paperwork and client scheduling.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively in both individual and group settings.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
