This position offers the flexibility of working from home, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Work hours typically consist of five 8-hour days, with a potential on-call rotation on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and requirements, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering a sense of empowerment in their healing journey.

• Monitor client progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their development and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to integrated care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and treatment strategies related to mood disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
