Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients, fostering an open and supportive environment for therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders based on established criteria and patient feedback.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, circumstances, and preferences of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
