Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in a virtual format, addressing commonplace life challenges such as marital discord, familial conflicts, personal struggles, and mental health issues.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation according to HIPAA and California regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and privacy.

• Involve family members in the therapeutic process when beneficial, fostering open communication and support systems that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Develop and nurture professional relationships with colleagues and other support staff, fostering teamwork and enhancing service delivery.

• Regularly participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations to improve service provision and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting, delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Prior experience in a remote work environment may be advantageous for adapting to our telehealth service model.

• Experience with a therapeutic modality such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, or Family Systems therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
