Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation accurately and timely, adhering to medical record policies.

• Engage in disposition planning and advocacy to ensure continuity of care and support for clients transitioning to different levels of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an adult and geriatric population, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related concerns. As our services expand, there may also be opportunities to work with children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish effective therapeutic alliances with diverse client populations.

• Proficient in writing clear, comprehensive clinical notes and summarizing evaluations accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n
