Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that target their specific issues, concerns, and growth goals.

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients across a variety of age groups, addressing an extensive range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Facilitate couples therapy to aid partners in improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and relational dynamics.

• Regularly assess progress by reviewing and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure they align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and updates to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory practices.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working with healthcare professionals to enhance the comprehensive care clients receive.

• Respond to crises effectively by providing immediate support and interventions for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist with the State Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and couples therapy.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, along with familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
