Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gather essential information.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and relationship issues, formulating diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, customizing approaches to meet diverse needs ranging from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as needed based on therapeutic progress and feedback.

• Facilitate effective communication strategies within couples and families, helping to foster healthier relational dynamics and enhance overall family functioning.

• Guide clients through life's challenges with practical coping strategies and emotional support, aiding in life transitions, stress management, and decision-making processes.

• Assist in conflict resolution by teaching clients constructive communication skills and conflict management techniques to improve their interpersonal relationships.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines for record-keeping.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to remain current on best practices and emerging therapeutic methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, skillfully evaluating and addressing any immediate safety concerns to ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LMFT licensure, demonstrating successful completion of all necessary educational and examination requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
