The Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist employees with benefits and HR issues. The role is full-time, non-exempt, 36 hours per week with a flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, primarily Monday–Friday, and requires bilingual English/Spanish and a high school diploma.
