What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting with 34 beds
• Support high-risk newborns, including premature and critically ill infants
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and team staff
• Manage patient care independently during shifts, including high-risk deliveries
• Participate in transports from regional hospitals with a team
• Contribute to family-centered healthcare in a multidisciplinary environment

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Florida RN license and NNP certification
• 2+ years experience as NNP
• Proficiency in neonatal care and emergency procedures
• Ability to work 8- and 24-hour shifts.

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU environments
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
