RN Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a full-continuum senior living campus. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing resident health and monitoring condition changes Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinating care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Qualifications And Skills Required Active Illinois RN license Minimum age of 18 Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work some weekends and holidays Preferred experience in: long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living.
